- The AdBest® vector system is for research use only.
- For clinical use or any other purpose, you should obtain a license from Genenmed Inc.

2. General Information

1) About AdBest®
- The AdBest® vector system was prepared using human Adenovirus type 5.
- The AdBest® vector system has deletion in both E1 and E3.
 
2) For Customers
- Customer will receive 10ml of cell lysate (15% Glycerol) containing a recombinant Adenovirus (~1X1012 VP/ml).  
- Customer can place an order with Genenmed Inc. for further Adenovirus amplification and/or purification service.
- Turn-around-time is related with service types.
 
3) Adenovirus Vector Construction
- Customer should provide the insert to be cloned (See the restriction sites of the cloning vector).

1. You can send us your own sequence already validated for knockdown

   (please see the matched restriction sites in pBest vector for cloning)

2. If you want to send us the sequence information, please prepare it as follows:

(1) Select the “sense” strand

(2) Search the sequence starting with “AG” and next 20 nucleotides

      [AG + 20 nucleotides (total 22 nucleotides)] having 60-65% GC content

(3) Send us the selected sequence information (22 nucleotides)
