AnyGeneKO^TM , a CRISPR/Cas9-based Gene Knock-out

1. Notice

- AnyGeneKO^TM utilizes CRISPR/Cas9 system.

- The knock-out (KO) cell lines generated are for research use only.

  (for clinical use or any other purpose, you should obtain a license from Genenmed Inc.)

- One gene or multi-gene KO services are available.

2. General information

1) About Adenovirus for KO

- The Adenovirus for KO expresses both Target Guide RNA and Cas9.

- Adenovirus transiently infects cells and does not leave any exogenous DNA in KO cells.

2) For customers

- Customer should provide host cell line.

- If host cell line needs special culture conditions, extra-charge is requested.

- Customer should provide the target sequence (20 nucleotide in length) for KO 

  (see Figure for detail).

- Customer should provide the antibody for Western blotting.
