1. Notice

- The AnyGeneRepression^TM is an Adenovirus-based CRISPR/dCas9KRAB system

- The AnyGeneRepression^TM is for research use only

- For clinical use or any other purpose, you should obtain a license from Genenmed Inc.

- The AnyGeneRepression^TM utilizes Genenmed’s proprietary pAdBest^® system

- As safety consideration, follow the recommended NIH guideline for BSL-2

2. General information

1) About AnyGeneRepression^TM

- The AnyGeneRepression^TM comprises an Adenovirus expressing both Target Guide RNA

and dCas9KRAB simultaneously in a single Adenovirus particle

- Unlike shRNA, the AnyGeneRepression^TM represses transcription (termed CRISPRi)

- Adenovirus infects a wide variety of cells and strongly expresses the exogenous genes

in target cells

2) For customers

- Customer should provide the target sequence (20 nucleotide in length)

around the transcription start site of the target gene (see Figure for detail)

- Customer will receive purified Adenovirus (~1x10¹⁰ viral particles/ml)
