1. Procedure of
Cell Freezing
1) Remove cell
culture medium.
2) For adherent
cells, wash and trypsinize cells. For suspend cells, start with Step 4.
3) Resuspend cells
with complete culture medium.
4) Centrifuge to
collect cells.
5) Remove culture
medium as much as possible.
6) Resuspend cells
with CellFreezer™ at 107~108 cells/ml
7) Incubate in ice
for 10 minutes.
8) Add DMSO (final
10%(v/v), Cell Culture Grade) and mix gently.
9) Dispense
cells (1ml) into the cryovials and store at deep freezer.
2. Instructions
for Thawing Frozen Cells
1) Thaw frozen
cells in 37℃ water bath.
2) Add cells
directly to 10ml complete culture medium.
3) Incubate cells
under appropriate culture condition for 24 hours.
4) Change plating
medium with fresh culture medium.
